Welcome to Birthday Reminder! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Birthday Reminder mobile application ("App") provided by Buddha Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Birthday Reminder, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Birthday Reminder is a mobile application designed to help users remember and celebrate birthdays. The App provides the following features:

• Store and manage birthday reminders for friends and family
• Receive notifications on upcoming birthdays
• Share birthday wishes with contacts
• Optional Google Drive backup to sync data across devices

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Respect the privacy of others when using sharing features
• Be responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account if you enable backup features

4. Google Drive Backup (Optional Feature)

If you choose to enable the Google Drive backup feature:

• You grant the App permission to store birthday data in your personal Google Drive
• You retain full ownership and control of your data
• You can disable backup or delete your data at any time
• We do not have access to your Google Drive or your backup data
• Your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google's Terms of Service

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Buddha Technologies and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any missed birthday notifications or reminders
• We are not responsible for any data loss, even if you use the backup feature
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is currently free)

8. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as Google Drive). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Buddha Technologies regarding the use of the App.
